Cancellation Policy
## 1. Introduction Welcome to Sloan Coaching & Consulting LLC . This policy outlines the terms and conditions for our coaching and consulting services. By engaging in our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. ## 2. Services Provided We offer a range of coaching and consulting services, including but not limited to individual sessions, initial consultations, and group workshops. The scope of services will be defined in the individual coaching agreement. ## 3. Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. ## 4. Payment Terms Fees for coaching and consulting services are variable and are listed on our website for each service offered. Payment is due at booking. Late payments may incur additional charges. ## 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. ## 6. Liability Our coaching and consulting services are designed to support personal and professional development. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services. ## 7. Termination Either party may terminate the coaching agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees must be paid. Refunds are at the discretion of the owner. ## 8. Governing Law This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of Hamilton County Ohio. ## 9.
