I'm a Scrum Master and technologist with a knack for turning complex ideas into strategic plans and practical action items. At a Fortune 500 company, I've coached several high-performing teams and led many innovative projects in tech, from emerging technology PoC's to data architecture strategy and warehouse development.

I have quickly discovered that true transformation extends far beyond the boundaries of any single management methodology or master's degree level theory. My decade-long experience in project management, cultivated through a scholar–apprentice–mentor relationship within the PMI and enriched by certifications in agile and lean practices, the interdisciplinary blending of which has equipped me with the frameworks and tools to achieve success. Yet, the true game-changer lies in a profound dedication to self-awareness and self-mastery. These inner strengths form the necessary skills to inspire, coach, and lead high-performing teams, empowering them to innovate, evolve, and excel in today’s ever-changing corporate landscape.

Beyond the corporate world, I’ve spent time working closely with colleges and student organizations. As a former Vice President of Outreach for a local Project Management Institute Chapter, I partnered with universities to bring classroom theory to life with hands-on, practical experiences.
